A Statement of Complaint should be submitted by any student or employee who believes he or she has been the victim of discrimination or harassment prohibited by law. The allegation should be reported as soon as possible after the occurrence. Further, an employee or student who has knowledge of conduct which may constitute discrimination or harassment should report such conduct to the Division Level Officer or to any school personnel. All complaints will be addressed promptly, with further investigation conducted where needed to confirm facts or resolve disputed facts.
